- Reviewing and auditing existing contracts, analyzing legal terms and obligations, and alerting to potential risks.
- Notarizing company contracts and their annexes and minutes of general meetings in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
- Following up on official certification and approval procedures.
- Preparing partnership agreements, articles of association, sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, and service agreements.
- Providing legal opinions prior to the conclusion of contracts to ensure their validity and enforceability.
- Representing clients in contractual negotiations and drafting final versions that protect their interests.
